Available integrations

Grivo connects with various platforms to fit into your existing workflow. Here's what's available:

Embed widget

The most common integration is embedding the chat widget on your website. Grivo supports:

• Any HTML website - One script tag in your page
• React / Next.js - Script component or useEffect approach
• WordPress - Paste the script in your theme's header
• Shopify - Add to theme.liquid
• Webflow / Wix - Custom code injection

Zapier

Connect Grivo to 5,000+ apps through Zapier. Common automations:

• New lead → Add to Google Sheets - Log every chatbot lead to a spreadsheet
• New lead → Create HubSpot contact - Automatically sync leads to your CRM
• Human handoff → Send Slack message - Get notified in your team channel
• New subscriber → Add to Mailchimp - Sync contacts across platforms

Slack notifications

Get real-time Slack notifications when:

• A visitor requests to speak to a human
• A new lead is captured via the chatbot
• A conversation is flagged for review

Webhooks

For custom integrations, Grivo can send webhook POST requests to your endpoints. Events you can listen for:

• lead.captured - New lead from chatbot
• conversation.ended - Chat session completed
• handoff.requested - Visitor wants a human

Configure webhooks in Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

API access

The Grivo REST API gives you full programmatic access to manage chatbots, contacts, and campaigns. See the API getting started guide →
