How many emails can I send for free?

The free plan includes 100 emails per month. Your limit resets on the 1st of every month. Upgrade to Pro ($19/mo) for 5,000 emails/month with the option to add more.

Can I import my existing email list?

Yes. Upload a CSV file with your contacts and Grivo will import them into your subscriber list. We support standard CSV formats with email, name, and custom fields.

Does Grivo handle email deliverability?

Yes. Grivo sends through Amazon SES with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication. Your emails land in the inbox, not spam.

How does the chat-to-email pipeline work?

When your AI chatbot captures a visitor's email, that contact is automatically added to your subscriber list. You can then send them targeted email campaigns - all from the same Grivo dashboard.

Can I use email templates?

Yes. Grivo includes pre-designed email templates for common campaigns - welcome sequences, product updates, newsletters, and more. You can also save your own designs as templates.
